7Days is a tool for sharing your own words with a small circle of friends you choose. These terms describe what it does, and what it deliberately does not do.

You need to be 18 or over

7Days is for adults. You confirm you are 18 or over when you create an account. If we learn an account belongs to someone under 18, we close it.

It is not a support or emergency service

Some of the questions 7Days asks — about a hard part of your week, or whether you’d like someone to reach out — can surface difficult things. 7Days records what you write and shows it to the friends you chose. It does not monitor, interpret, or respond to it, and it is not a counselling, crisis, or emergency service. If you need urgent help, contact your local emergency services. There are some general resources on our support page.

Your words are yours

You keep ownership of everything you write and every photo you upload. You give us only the permission needed to store it, assemble it into your letter, and show that letter to the people you chose.

What we don’t take responsibility for

We don’t review or moderate what you write before it reaches your circle, and we take no responsibility for it. You’re responsible for what you choose to share and who you share it with.

Acceptable use

Don’t use 7Days for anything illegal, to harass anyone, or to share content you have no right to share. We can suspend or close an account that does.

The AI only assembles — it never invents

At the end of each period an AI arranges your weekly check-ins into one letter. It may reorder your notes, connect them, and lightly smooth grammar. It may not add facts, events, feelings, or opinions you didn’t write. You always read, edit, and approve the letter before anyone else sees it — nothing sends unreviewed.

Ending it

You can delete your account at any time, which deletes your check-ins, photos, and letters. We can close an account that breaks these terms.
